Designed by ASK Architects, the F&L Headquarters in Seoul presents a facade shaped by the site’s slope, urban flow, and the brand’s evolving identity. Layered platforms, stepped terraces, and two distinct towers create a multi-planed exterior that actively engages the surrounding streetscape. The podium follows the natural terrain, while a floating terrace carved from the hillside forms an elevated edge that invites public interaction and softens the transition between building and city.
VIA contributed to realizing this architectural vision, supporting the facade strategy that allows the building to remain open, adaptable, and responsive over time. The calibrated shifts of the north and south towers, one creating a public plaza, the other a sheltered courtyard, define a sculptural urban presence. Balconies and permeable edges further animate the exterior, ensuring natural light, ventilation, and spatial flexibility. The result is a headquarters whose facade embodies movement and openness, reflecting both the intentions of the architect and the dynamic rhythm of Seoul.
